“Gene was called in to help troubleshoot our HVAC system by James Ritch who we hired to check out the eletrical components of our broken HVAC system. We had Tri-County air come out to troubleshoot initially and they charged us almost $700 without fixing the AC or giving us any idea of what was wrong. Gene was able to quickly and thoroughly troubleshoot the system and find exactly what was wrong with our HVAC at the end of his day and in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything to us and helped work out a solution. He worked with us via email for a few days picking out the new HVAC system and came to install it even though a tropical storm was in the forecast. Thankfully, the storm passed and he was able to keep working and had everything installed in 1 day. He is an absolutely fantastic person to work with and is a very skilled technician who knows his trade better than anyone I’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend him enough for any HVAC problem.”
